At Innovative Behavioral Consulting (IBC), we are dedicated to creating equitable, trauma-informed learning environments that inspire growth and resilience. Founded with a passion for bridging the gap between research-based practices and real-world application, IBC empowers schools, educators, and families to address behavioral challenges, build restorative school cultures, and implement evidence-based solutions that promote academic and emotional success.
With years of experience as a Special Education teacher, Curriculum Developer, and Behavior Interventionist, IBC’s founder brings unparalleled expertise to every consultation. Currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership, she combines a deep understanding of psychology, curriculum design, and behavior management to create sustainable, student-centered systems that transform school communities.

Our approach integrates Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), and restorative practices, ensuring that all students—especially those impacted by trauma—receive the care and interventions they need to thrive. By blending universal design principles, peer mediation, and data-driven coaching, we help schools implement practical strategies that foster inclusion, accountability, and emotional well-being.
